Over the years, whether it be through graduate studies or commissions, I have applied my graphic design skills to various freelance projects. Here is a selection of some of my favorites.
One Free Spirit Boutique(2020)
This was a two-page flyer I was commissioned to create for a friend's new business. She was looking to increase her customer flow and promote the opening of her storefront, so she wanted to include this insert within in a Chamber of Commerce newsletter. I wanted to get across the concept of product variety while making sure her logo was the focal point. We worked together to make sure it was just what she was looking for. Created using Photoshop and Illustrator and saved as a PDF for double-sided printing.
Friends of the Chemung River(2011)
During my graduate studies at Elmira College, one group class project tasked me with creating marketing mailers and brochures for the Friends of the Chemung River Watershed non-profit. The organization was looking for new ways to raise awareness and funding, and I pitched a few ideas for postcard marketing mailers as well as a revamped membership brochure.
The brochures were based on verbiage that was available on their website at the time. Brochures were designed with Photoshop and Illustrator, and then exported to Acrobat where I converted them into fillable forms with functional donation links.
Chemung Canal Trust Company(2010)
While working in the Business Services Department at Chemung Canal Trust Company, I was asked to create a custom credit card design for our Business Credit Card clients. I created these designs for Chemung Canal as well as their subsidiary, Capital Bank. Card designs were approved by Marketing prior to implementation.
